EurSafe 2013 - Guidelines for full papers

We are pleased to note a great interest in the conference, and notification to authors has been sent out on Friday 15th of February.

Authors of accepted abstracts - both oral presentations and posters - are cordially invited to write full papers (maximum of 6 pages) . Full papers will be peer reviewed, and edited by the Organizing committee for the conference publication. Too guarantee a good quality o the publication, papers of insufficient quality will be refused. Deadline for submission of full papers is April 2nd. Submitting a paper is required for presentation.

The conference volume, published by Wageningen Academic Publishers, will be delivered to participants at the welcome reception of the conference on September 11th. (To see previous EurSafe book of extended abstracts please go to: www.wageningenacademic.com/eursafe2012).

General instructions for full papers

Papers should be uploaded to
http://oases.wageningenacademic.com/ using the login details you used when submitting the abstract.

  • Submit your manuscript as MS Word file; maximum 6 pages, including figures, tables and references.
  • Use font Times New Roman 12, single spacing, A4 paper and 2.5 cm margins on all sides. Symbol font can be used for special characters.
  • Your manuscript must contain title, author(s) and affiliation(s).
  • Your paper should be within the range of pages given.
  • Use British English spelling.

  • Manuscript heading

  • Title: bold, sentence case, 14 pt Times New Roman.
  • Authors: italic, all sentence case. Use initials for the first names of the authors.
  • Affiliations: italic, all sentence case; affiliations include the full address of all authors and including the e-mail address of the corresponding author.


    Abstract and keywords

  • The abstract should be clear on itself and not containing more than 400 words.
  • Use 3-5 keywords (do not repeat any of the words of the title of the manuscript). Keywords should be low-case, separated by a comma.
