Lotta Rydhmer new deputy programme director
As of January 1 Lotta Rydmer is deputy programme director of the research initiative Future Agriculture.
Lotta is professor in animal breeding at the Department of Animal Breeding and Genetics, SLU. She works with research and education on breeding for sustainable production.
– The best part of Future Agriculture is that we work with all elements of sustainable agriculture: environmental, economic and social aspects, says Lotta.
Lotta has been a part of the steering group in Future Agriculture since start and succeeds Ulf Magnusson who remains in the steering group.
