Main tasks and functions

At SCNI Pella works as project coordinator with responsibility for the school sector and learning for sustainable development. She also works as a nature guide for the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.
She has been the coordinator for two projects on urban nature guides, in Stockholm and nationally. She is also an accredited nature guide. She previously led the interdisciplinary course Världens eko, now led by Stockholm Resilience Centre. She still works as a consultant with lectures, writing and education.

Areas of interests     

Pella is interested in how nature interpretation can transform the way we see the world and ourselves as humans. She devotes a lot of time to voluntary work for nature conservation and transition in various NGOs such as Transition Sweden.
