I have an , Msc in Landscape Architecture. After some years of consulting in the private sector, I am now employed as a PhD-student.

My studies are within the subject of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). During my time as a consultant I worked in many projects and plans with EIA. Now, as a PhD-student, I have the opportunity of deepening my knowledge of EIA and SEA in general, and impact assessment of Swedish comprehensive plans in particular. My focus is on the new demands of SEA of comprehensive plans, implemented into Swedish law the summer of 2004. My thesis will be defended winter 2008.

I am also involved in the research programme MiSt, financed by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.

Beside the research I participate in the work of the Swedish EIA-Centre, giving lectures about EIA and SEA to students and practitioners around the country.
