A new Environmental Helpdesk from 1st of June 2011
A consortium between the Swedish University of Agriculture Sciences (SLU) and Gothenburg Centre for Environment and Sustainability (GMV) has won the Sida tender for Helpdesk Services on Environment and Climate Change in Swedish Development Cooperation.
Starting from the 1st June, staff at the Swedish EIA Centre (SLU) and Environmental Economics Unit (GMV), who have until now provided separate helpdesk services, will work together to provide the Helpdesk Services.
In collaboration with e.g. Orgut and IVL, the new Helpdesk will continue to support Sida staff on demand, providing advice and strategic guidance on environment and climate change integration at policy, program and project level and support capacity building and dialogue on environmental issues.
