Rosa Goodman

Rosa Goodman
I study multi-objective forest management as a tool for conservation and in the context of climate change mitigation. As a forester and geographer, I specialize in analyzing problems from multiple perspectives and spatial scales, carbon accounting in the land use land use change and forestry sector (LULUCF), modeling outcomes of different management activities and conservation interventions, and identifying trade-offs and synergies between different objectives. I work primarily in the tropics, which are at the forefront of many global challenges as well as opportunities.
