Presentation

I am working with research on long-term effects of leaching of nutrients from agricultural systems in two Swedish environmental monitoring programs; Observation fields (Observationsfält på åkermark), Catchments in the agricultural landscape (Typområden på jordbruksmark) and data host from environmental monitoring led by SLU on commission of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. I am also teaching in undergraduate courses in soil sciences.

Research

Research on the solubility and transport of phosphorous in soil and the influence by soil type, cultivation and climate on nutrient leaching. I have earlier done research on the plant accessibility of potassium in agricultural soils but also turnover and storage of carbon in forest soils.

Environmental analysis

Environmental monitoring of nitrogen and phosphorous leakage from agricultural soils in the programs Observation fields (Observationsfält på åkermark) and Catchments in the agricultural landscape (Typområden på jordbruksmark) led by SLU on commission of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
