''I am one of the first two students from my university to go on exchange to SLU, as the exchange agreement between the two universities is very new.  I feel so fortunate to be here and have the opportunity to study in Sweden, a country that is famous for having higher education of a very high quality. 

So far, my time at SLU has been great. The weather here is very different to back home, where we don’t have any snow.  It’s fun to experience a real Swedish winter.  I’m glad it hasn’t been too cold.  I’ve heard from my classmates that it can get a lot worse! 

I have made so many new friends here.  I think I now have one friend from each European country.  I live in a corridor with really nice people.  My favourite thing to do here is to go out with my friends to all the student nations.  We love to party and do crazy things there!  My favourite nation is ÖG. 

SLU is a very good university.  The courses are interesting and the teachers are great.  They all speak such good English.  My home university has a lot more faculties and a much broader range of programmes.  SLU is primarily focused on life sciences and agriculture.  I like the campus here and I think it is a great study environment.  SLU also has very new buildings and excellent facilities.   

I am already recommending to my friends in Taiwan to go on exchange and if possibe, to study at SLU.  My family and friends have seen my photos on Facebook and everybody is so jealous.  Being here is such a good experience.  I know how lucky I am.''
