Biotechnology

If you are interested studying biotechnology as part of a Master’s programme, Plant Biology can be a smart alternative!  While the focus is on plants, the programme often takes a biotechnological and microbiological approach.  Areas of study include plant physiology, pathology, production biology, stress, photosynthesis, diversity, breeding, development and plant-microbe interactions.

Ecology

The EnvEuro Master’s programme is an option for those with an interest in ecology.  As part of the EnvEuro programme, students can take courses in ecology.  The programme focuses on soil, water, and biodiversity, and the aim is to give students both European and international perspectives on research as well as planning and management in the environmental sector.

If you are interested in issues relating to environmental pollution, the Soil and Water Management Master’s programme is a perfect choice.  The programme prepares students for the challenge of developing land and water management to provide clean water, safe food, wood products and energy while minimising negative impacts on the environment and health. 

Integrated Water Resource Management

The Soil and Water Management Master’s programme is a perfect choice for those with an interest in the sustainable use of soil and water for our survival and well-being.  This programme focuses on natural sciences, and students will be trained to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
