Where do you come from?

The Netherlands, but I have lived in Sweden since the summer of 2003.

What did you study at SLU?

Biology

What do you work with now?

I am a Ph.D. student at Uppsala University.

Tell me about your time at SLU

It was such a great experience and I got to meet so many other international students.  I leant to speak Swedish while on exchange.  I took two Swedish courses and then practiced by reading children's books.  I now teach in Swedish.

Would you recommend going on exchange to SLU to others?

Yes, definitely!
