Climate programme

The aim of the programme is to support efforts to achieve the Reduced Climate Impact environmental objective. In the near term priority is being given to Sweden's international climate reporting in the land-use, land-use change and forestry sectors. Results are used to monitor compliance with the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.

What does SLU do for the climate?

We provide knowledge, decision support and facts about climate solutions. We teach our students about sustainability and they inspire us to further reduce our impact on climate.
