Colletotrichum diseases
Fungi of the Genera Colletotrichum are commonly causing plant disease (anthracnose), mainly in tropical countries.
In cooperation with Vietnam we study such diseases in coffee In a recently finalized PhD-project we have identified species of Colletotrichum associated with coffee, studied pathogenicity of different species and characterized the genetic diversity of the pathogen populations.
