Current projects:

The research has been focused on feeding of forage based rations in dairy production. In order to cover the entire system of production ranging from field to the final product (milk) great emphasis have been put on harvesting, conservation, feeding and utilisation of grassland forage and other forage crops. The focus has also been on the possibilities to increase forage intake by dairy cows. The research work has had a holistic approach based on multidisciplinary methods and has an applied, interdisciplinary profile.
