The Department of Food Science runs a number of ongoing projects with partners outside SLU.

LivsmedelsSverige is the natural starting point for everyone who wants up-to-date information about food and to contact others active in the food sector. The web site is directed to all those involved in the food chain: consumers, students, teachers, entrepreneurs, authorities, organisations and researchers.
LivsmedelsSverige chiefly targets users in Sweden, but some of the pages (research) also contain information in English.
