The Department of Food Science take part in teaching courses and programmes in bachelor's and master's levels. Programmes that are given i Swedish are desribed on our Swedish pages. Teaching on master's level is in English.
Food - Innovation and Market
master's programme, 120 hp, distance
New distance education programme that starts in the autumn of 2010. What are the challenges in developing new food products? Why do certain products succeed and others fail? The programme is for people with a bachelor’s degree in biology, food science, nutrition or economics. Read more.
