Welcome to the unit of Dairy Science

The focus of the research at Dairy Science is milk, it’s quality, composition and functional properties. The goal of the research is to achieve fundamental knowledge of biochemical, physical and microbiological processes that affect the product quality and the nutritional value of milk and milk products.
