I am interested in the ecology of soil borne plant pathogens, especially how they interact with other soil organisms. My research focuses on plant pathogenic fungi causing disease in agricultural crops - how they can be managed without chemical control and how different cultural practices influence their abundance and activity. I am working with fungi as biological control agents at the Centre for Biological Control (CBC) at SLU, and in different projects on how the cropping system influences plant disease.
