Research Interests
My most recent research interests have involve looking at the interactions between bacterial communities in the soil and arbuscular and ecotmycorrhizal fungi. Specifically, I am interested in co-metabolism within the mycorrhizosphere and how this can affect the host plants ability to uptake nutrients, increase productivity (growth and fruit nutrient quality) and defence against pathogens.
