My PhD project

I am interested in learning soil microbial community structure in rice paddy fields. I want to know how microbial community structures and their abundances in the rice fields influenced by anthropogenic activities through intensive rice cultivation and rice rotation crop patterns.  I am also interested in understanding the functional diversities of bacteria and fungi isolated from the rice fields involved in decomposition and antagonistic processes.
