Projects for which we are currently looking for students:

Impact of earthworm soil bioturbation on Aphanomyces oospore spreading and colonisation power

A MSc thesis project (30 HEC). The fungi-like oomycete Aphanomyces euteiches causes severe declines of legume crops. The aim of this study is determine in what extend earthworm bioturbation impact A. euteiches oospore spreading and their root colonisation power. Read more about the project here.

Undergraduate courses: IPM in Sweden

This undergraduate course will be performed at the Deparment of Forest Mycoloy and Plant Pathology. The result of the study will be published in the journal "Växtskyddsnotiser".
