The department, and the Division of Landscape Architecture, is responsible for the Landscape architect program Ultuna »

Courses are also given for students at the programmes of agriculture and natural resources.


A large part of the courses in the subject landscape planning are also available for students from other programmes and universities.

Continuation courses and contract teaching is offered in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) by the Swedish EIA-Centre.  


Research School APULA - Architecture and Planning for the Urban Landscape

One of the courses planned for spring 2011:

Qualitative Data Analysis. Potentials and Challenges (4.5 HEC) Alnarp (Mats Lieberg) »

The overall objective is to critically reflect upon methods of qualitative data analysis related to ongoing research as well as course literature.

On completion of the course, participants should have a critical understanding of the possibilities and constraints, potentials and challenges of different strategies for qualitative analysis.

The participants are expected to be better prepared to handle and analyse research material and data qualitatively after the course.
