Postgraduate Education in Landscape Planning

APULA Logotype

Landscape Planning includes landscape architecture, as well as spatial planning of urban and rural areas, and environmental impact assessment. It is based on technology, natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities, with an integration of these fields of research in planning and design.

The Ph.D courses in theory and method are developed after consultation with the doctoral students at the department. The courses in scientific writing and in case studies have been carried out at many occations and can be given when there is an interest in such education.

We work interdisciplinary and cooperate with other departments within the University and also outside SLU.
