More students want to study at SLU! A total of 9,707 applications were made to SLU´s education programmes taught in Swedish starting in autumn 2013, an increase by 12.6 percent compared to last year.

Nytt&Nyttigt - a thesis competition on innovation

The ability to think in new ways is central to sustainable growth. Therefore, VINNOVA and ESBRI started Nytt&Nyttigt – a thesis competition on the theme of innovation, commercialization and utilization. The authors of the three best theses will receive travel grants à 30.000, 20.000 and 15.000 SEK!

Web registration on course

As from the autumn 2012 web registration is possible for most of the department's courses.

You can register on courses you are admitted to five working days before and during the week of course start. If you are conditionally admitted to a course however, web registration is not possible. If you do not to self register, the department will register you after course start.

It is strongly forbidden to bring peanuts, or any food containing peanuts, in to the department's premises. This is because we have a student with acute hypersensitivity.
