Accepted as a PhD student in the field of forest ecology, forest management or related subjects.

Objective:
The objective of the course is to provide students a comprehensive understanding of mixed forest research with a special focus on scientific experimentation. Each student has to select and analyze one group of experiments with a certain trait of tree species composition, and to write an essay about the analysis and results. After completing the course, the student should be able to demonstrate advanced-level knowledge, skills and competence in experimental silviculture in mixed forests.
