Productivity development in contractor forestry
Host companies: Mellanskog and Norrskog (Dan Glöde respectively Björn Skogh)
In the project, business models for logging services in Swedish forest owners associations (FOAs) are mapped. Differences in context and needs among both FOAs and contractors are analyzed. The main objective is to identify potentials for productivity development. Studies are conducted from three perspectives:
- An FOA perspective; context, needs, variations
- A contractor perspective; context, needs, variations
- A relationship perspective; characteristics, success factors, potentials for development
