Moringa oleifera as an alternative fodder for dairy cows in Nicaragua
Moringa oleifera is a bush/tree with a high nutritive value and a high production level throughout the growing season. The project aims at finding the best way to cultivate moringa in a sustainable way (=high production over many years) and how to conserve moringa and feed it in the best way to dairy cows as a supplement during the dry season when feed with high nutritive value is scarce.
