The Department of Clinical Sciences takes responsibility for these essential topics:

  • diagnostic imaging
  • epidemiology
  • equine medicine & surgery
  • laboratory animal science
  • pig & poultry medicine
  • reproduction
  • ruminant medicine 
  • small animal medicine & surgery.

We shall educate students from SLU at both under- and postgraduate levels. We shall also provide continuing education. The extent of activities associated with transfer of knowledge to practicing veterinarians and others interested in our areas of expertise shall be given in accordance with the resources available.
