Loans & requests
Loans within SLU University Library
To find books from the SLU University Library you use the library's search tool Primo. To make a loan request you need to set up a library account. Then you can request books that are already checked out or available at another SLU University Library.
If the article you need is not available online you can request a copy through Libris. This also applies to articles available in print at the SLU University Library.
The first time you make a request you need to create an account in Libris. You also need a library account from the SLU University Library.
Please note that as a student you cannot request articles available in print at your own campus library. You need to copy or scan these yourself.
Loans from other libraries
When the literature you need for your studies or research is not available within the SLU University Library you can request an interlibrary loan from another library. You make your request through Libris.
Can’t find what you are looking for in Libris? Log in to Libris and use the ”Empty request form” to send a request anyway.
