Publish in Epsilon (student)

Formatting and naming your file 

Please follow these instructions:

1. Take a look at the page Templates (student) in the left hand menu, which offers instructions if you need help with the formatting of your project.
2. Pay close attention to the Mandatory information for the frontpage and title page of your project. This information is mandatory for all of SLU. Please note that your department or faculty may have decided on further information to be included. Contact your tutor if you are not sure.  
3. Once all information is correct, create a PDF-file from your document. 
4. Name the PDF in the format authorlastname_authorinitial_date. Do not use any special letters, e.g. ö, ü, and so on. Example: sundstrom_k_120115.pdf would be the name of a file by Katarina Sundström, created on the 15th of january 2012.    
5. If there are two or more authors, please name the file in the format firstauthorlastname_et_al_date. Example: putina_et_al_120324 for a project written by Olga Putina and three other students and created on the 24th of march 2012.   
6. Once the formatting and naming of the final version of your project is correct, send the file to your examiner. Once your project is approved, the examiner will send it on to be published in Epsilon.

• The Faculty of Landscape Planning, Horticulture and Agricultural Science, in Alnarp, has special instructions for student projects. Note that these instructions are only valid if you are a student at this particular faculty!
