With the web tool GET (Geographic Extraction Tool) SLU students have access to geographical data from Lantmäteriet (Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority).

It is also possible to use the ArcGIS software to access geographical data direct from the GIS server. For more information, see the GIS wiki and contact your local GIS coordinator if necessary.
How to get access to GET
The GET web tool is available through SWAMID, the identity federation for higher education in Sweden. To get access to GET you must verify your identity by personally visiting the IT Department at your campus and present an appropriate ID. If you are outside any of the University's main campuses, call 018-67 66 00 for assistance.
Copyright and terms of use
SLU students and staff may publish geographical data from Lantmäteriet along with their own information in student projects and in scientific publications.
