Toolbar

The SLU Library toolbar can be downloaded and added to the top of your web browser. It is always visible on your browser, even when you are not on the library web page. Through the toolbar you have access to shortcuts to some useful library resources.

Mobile apps

Most apps are available for the two dominating mobile operating systems on the market, iOS (iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch) and Android.

E-books

Ebrary offers a free app for iOS and Android that makes it easy to read e-books wherever you are. 

To use the Ebrary app, follow these steps:

On campus or through VPN, visit the Ebrary homepage..

Create an Ebrary account. You can also connect Ebrary with your Facebook account.

Install the app through App Store on an iOS device, or through Google Play on an Android device. Log in with your Ebrary- or Facebook account.

If you don´t have access to App Store it is possible to download from Ebrary to your computer or tablet.

bX Hot Articles (iOS & Android) - See which articles supplied by ExLibris that are most popular among readers at the moment.

SciVerse ScienceDirect (2 500 peer reviewed journals from Elsevier). Available for iOS, Blackberry and Android. Registrer from a campus computer to get acces to full text articles. Specify your user name and password in the app.

PubMed on Tap (22 sek) och PubMed on Tap Lite (free but limited) for iOS and PubMed Mobile  for Android.

Annual Reviews mobile site. To access licensed material, you have to pair the app with the SLU University Library.
