Toolbar -- a smart shortcut to our library resources

The SLU Library toolbar can be downloaded and added to the top of your web browser. It is always visible on your browser, even when you are not on the library web page. Through the toolbar you have access to shortcuts to some useful library resources.

Mobile apps

There are many iPhone- and Android apps for the resources that the SLU Library has license to.

• Ebrary offers a free app that makes it easy for you to read e-books wherever you are. You find it in App Store.
  To use the Ebrary app, follow these steps:
• On campus or through VPN, visit the Ebrary homepage.
• Create an account.
• Install the app Ebrary through App Store on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and log in with your Ebrary account
  
  If you don´t have access to App Store it is possible to download from Ebrary to your computer or tablet.
• SciVerse ScienceDirect (2 500 peer-reviewed journals from Elsevier).
• On campus or through VPN, create an account to get access to articles in full text.
• Install the app through App Store on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and log in with your ScienceDirect account.
• PubMed on Tap (22 sek) and PubMed on Tap Lite (free but with limitations).

• PNAS
• PLoS Medicine iPhoneapp
• IOPscience express
• American Chemical Society iPhoneapp (no full text)

• To acces licenced material you have to pair the app with the SLU Library.
