Student Seminar October 29th

For our PhD student seminar held on October 29th, 11:30 to 13:00 at the Department of Urban and Rural Development (Big Seminar Room), PhD student Suvi Kokko presented her research on "Measuring performance and value of social innnovation – Pertinence of Social Return on Investment Analysis".

Student seminar August 27th

Our latest Student Seminar was held on August 27th, 11:30 to 13:00 at the Department of Urban and Rural Development (Big Seminar Room). PhD student Nicia Giva presented her research on "People and wildlife interface: dealing with livelihood and conservation dilemma in Limpopo National Park in Mozambique".

Our student seminar in April was held on Monday April 23rd, 11:30 to 13:00 at the Department of Urban and Rural Development (Big Seminar Room).

Our student seminar was held on Monday March 26th, 11:30 to 13:00 at the Department of Urban and Rural Development (Big Seminar Room). Norbert Zanga presented his PhD research in Congo.

Planning Seminar

Our first Student Seminar of the year took place on February 27th 2012, 11:30-13:00. We started with a Planning Seminar, where our students got general information about the research school, stipends, courses and upcoming events and planned for the coming seminars.

The students decided that all the seminars for this year would take place on the last Monday of every month (with some exceptions), from 11:30 to 13:00. at the Department of Urban and Rural Development -SOL (at SOL's Big Seminar Room). A light lunch for those attending will be arranged.

NRML Student Social Event to Stockholm

Our PhD students planned a visit to discover Stockholm on this April 26th 2012.
