What happens after registration?
All registered publications are validated by the library before becoming public. Thereafter the publication data will be transferred to the national system SwePub, SLU:s web and SLU:s open archive.
Validation by the library
All registered publications are reviewed/validated by the library. A correct affiliation is a key when it comes to allocations and different kinds of follow ups.
Publication data is exported to SwePub
The national publication database Swepub harvest SLU data from SLUpub.
SLUpub and SLU:s open archive Epsilon
Publications registered in SLUpub with the full text attached will automatically be transferred to Epsilon if you select Yes under Accept agreement and submit to Epsilon. As soon as the SLU University Library has validated your post it will also be transferred to Epsilon. If your publication is under a publisher embargo you can still deposit it right away. The library staff will set the correct date. Your text will not be made available online until the set time has elapsed. Read more about publishing open access.
The content of SLUpub can be exposed in different ways at the univerisity's web, increasing the visibility of SLU publications both within and outside the university.
