There has been a  trend of increasing growth since the 1970's which seems to have now stabilised at ca 120 milj m3sk. Since the 1920's growth has increased by more than 50% from ca 60 to ca 120 milj m3sk per year. Mean growth for productive forest land in Sweden is 4.9 m3sk/ha/yr. Respective values for the different regions in m3sk/ha/yr ar:

Northern Norrland 3.0
Southern Norrland 4.7 
Svealand 5.8
Götaland 8.9
