Productivity in Swedens forests
Productivity is an expression of a sites growth potential. Productivity is highest in the very south of Sweden (11.0m3sk/ha/yr) and decrases as you move north and then northwest. The average site productivity for the whole country is 5.3m3sk/ha/yr. Values for each region in m3sk/ha/yr are:

Northern Norrland 3.0
Southern Norrland 4.2
Svealand 6.2
Götaland 8.6

All data above are mean values for the period 2006-2010
