Discover more about the advantages of the other national and international OA-environments to which your scientific work is directly transferred once it is published in Epsilon! Take advantage of the possibility to realize the difference and the close connection between the SLU:s new publication database SLUpub and Epsilon.

Epsilon is an open access repository for electronic publishing of SLU publications, consisting of two separate databases: Epsilon Open Archive and the Epsilon Archive for Student Projects. Epsilon Open Archive contains publication types such as dissertations, reports, journal articles, books, book chapters, conference proceedings and factsheets. Epsilon Archive for Student Projects is the most recent addition, open since March 2009. This repository should contain most student projects from 2009 and onwards.
SLU-library offers a workshop in training how to deposit your publications into the Epsilon’s Open Archive at SLU. The workshop includes:
- Introduction to Epsilon’s ground principles and structure;
- Presentation of the most important procedures of the self-archiving process;
- Explanation of the difference between the new SLU:s publication database SLUpub and Epsilon;
- Publishers’ copyright policies at a glance;
- Training in depositing publications in Epsilon;
- Presentation of Epsilon’s connection to the other international OA-environments.
