Inbjudan till workshop för att utveckla forskningsfrågor inom de utmaningar som identiferats under arbetet med Framtidens lantbruk

Future Agriculture - livestock, crops and land use is an interdisciplinary research initiative at SLU. A strategic research programme has been developed within Future Agriculture during 2010. It addresses the sustainable use of natural resources with emphasis on agricultural production. Six workshops will now be arranged. The aim is to identify and develop research questions related to the challenges that have been identified within the programme. You can download the research programme here.
What kind of future is your research creating? How does it relate to rural change and agricultural development? At this workshop we will jointly identify the central issues in Swedish rural development and change in relation to developments in agriculture.
The aim is to lay the ground for continued research on relations between agriculture and rural change by delineating the research field and relevant issues. Another aim is to facilitate networking between interested researchers within SLU.
