Short term assignments

In total, the Expert Team received 81 requests for advice in the first six months of 2010. Support was provided to 48 programme officers in 22 different teams. Below are some examples of our support to Sida in 2010. If you want to know more, please contact us:

  • Development of guidelines for Strategic Environmental Assessment of Biofuel plans, programmes and policies, on commission from OECD DAC SEA Task Team
  • Providing support to Team Tanzania in the process for a new Cooperation Strategy,  in collaboration with Sida External Expert Advice for Environmental Economics 
  • SEA process support for a programme on decentralisation in Cambodia 
  • Develop a web based Tool for Environment, Climate change and Disaster risk reduction Screening
