Katarina Elofsson has achieved 2.4 MSEK from FORMAS for a research project on policy measures against eutrophication of the Baltic Sea. The purpose of the project is to investigate the role that social norms and learning play for the economic and environmental consequences of decision to centralize or decentralize environmental policy decisions, with application to nutrient policies for the Baltic Sea.
