Research interests
Modeling impact of climate and land use on ecosystem health, e.g.
- Modeling impact of forest management on N leaching from forest ecosystems
- Impact of climate change on soil C dynamics – assessment of model uncertainty for model with different levels of complexity.
- Scaling issue - studying processes at different scales including hill-slope, arable field / forest stand, catchment and regional scale
- Development of the trace element model Tracey to estimate possible long-term accumulation of radionuclides in a terrestrial ecosystem after a groundwater contamination.
