Research Assistant
I am silviculturist educated in Germany and work in Sweden with mixed forests (especially birch in spruce stands and spruce entering old pine stands) and alternatives to the clearfelling system (natural regeneration, target diameter
cutting, conversion, and other issues from shelterwood to single tree selection).

Teaching
I teach Silviculture in heterogeneous forests, Adaptation of Forest management to Climate change, and Forestry in Continental Europe in comparison with Swedish Forestry.
