Since April 2008 I have been employed at the department as personnel and economy administrator. I work in big terms such as "spider in the web" and should be able to know everything about everything and everyone ;)
Personnel Administrator
My role as personnel administrator includes following tasks: review of travel reports (Tur & Retur); employment handling process such as new employment, extensions, hourly employment , fee payments etc.; case management (diarieföring); directory administrator (katalogansvarig); LADOK for FU; Master thesis handling - everything from the Work Plan submission to the finished printed Master thesis; purchasing manager; responsible for SLU brand launch ... etc. ...
Assistant
Main economic task is billing - internal and external (Agresso); then my job also includes various payments, including payments of grants, travel expenses, etc. (Baltzar); payroll check coils; requisitioning of funds from The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency, etc.
