Higher educations' climate network

Together we work for a better climate

"The sustainable scientist"

The climate network conducted its first joint activity in October. The workshop The Sustainable Researcher had 150 participants, physically and digitally. It was a day with many wise and hopeful elements, emphasizes project manager Johanna Sennmark in the video that summarizes the day. See it and read the abstracts from the workshop.

Catering left overs?

Instead of the universities each individually comes up with solutions and strategies to become more climate-friendly, the climate network has been formed. Together we can go further. On this platform, we will be able to share good examples from our activities and get information about relevant activities to strengthen collaboration, learning and exchange between the higher education institutions in the climate area. What do you do when there is coffee and food left over from the conference?

The Swedish higher education sector is large with just over 54,000 employees and almost 400,000 students. Now that we are joining forces and increasing the exchange between the higher education institutions to get new perspectives and ideas on how research and education can contribute to the climate transition, was something we announced in a press release.
