My field is the management of urban outdoor environments, outdoor environment management issues in general and the management and organisation of sustainable development.
My collaboration objective is to improve the planning, building and management skills in connection with procurement. An important prerequisite is to develop knowledge on and increasing the competencies within project and idea development, project management and types of financing.
A special field and interest of mine is the history, development and management of environments with multi-occupied buildings, and I have a particular passion for post-war housing areas. Evaluation of projects in urban development and sustainable social development is another aspect of my work.
My research and collaboration interests can be summed up as educating those active in this field and developing professional knowledge. How can the university and research-based knowledge contribute to professionals in this field doing a better job?
This means that my work largely involves applying research knowledge and knowledge development in the interface between theory and practice, and between research and general knowledge and development and management companies and organisations in society.
