Presenting at Oikos 2019

Oral presentations

Oral presentations are scheduled in 15-minute time slots (see schedule). The actual presentation should be no more than 12 minutes, allowing for three minutes of questions from the audience and change of presenter. The time limit will be strictly enforced.

Please bring your finalized presentation on a USB memory stick in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF-format. You can upload the presentation in the lecture halls during the morning coffee breaks, any of the days.

Poster presentations

Posters are in format A0 in portrait (upright) format.

Posters will be on display throughout the conference and will be featured during two dedicated poster sessions, Tuesday 5th 16.00-18.00 (with pub & snacks) and Wednesday 6th 14.00-15.30 (with coffee). Poster presenters are asked to be present by their posters during a substantial part of both poster sessions. Posters will be on display in Loftets stora sal and outside that room.

Please note that due to the high number of oral presentations there will unfortunately be no time for speed talks advertising posters as initially indicated.

A prize for best poster among PhD-students will be awarded.

Posters can be put up from Tuesday 5th at 8.00 (pins will be provided). Please use the board with the same number as your poster, and make sure it is up before the first poster session.
