National center for bee and pollination research and education

The Bee Centre was established to gather expertise, facilitate collaborations, coordinate and increase activities in the field of bee research in Sweden. We maintain beekeeping infrastructure at the heart of SLUs Ultuna campus and keeps approximately 40 honeybee colonies used to facilitate research and education but also extension training and public demonstration activities.
