The staff of the Department of Plant Breeding now have access to a VW T6 Pick-Up. Please read through this page to learn what you need to do to use the vehicle, also have look at the how-to-book slideshow below:
In order to use the department vehicle you'll need to sign the user agreement.
A signed user agreement together with a photocopy of your driver's license have to be handed over Fredrik Reslow or be put in his post box.
Note that we now have a company fueling card at Circle K, don't forget to pick it up when you collect the keys. The PIN code for the key cabinet gets changed regularly so have this in mind when booking, please inform me as I don't keep myself updated on when the car is booked nor who is booking it. I highly recommend you to save the reciept after each fueling, in case any problems arise.
We will meet up and go through important things about the car before your first use, this way both can make sure nothing is forgotten, overseen and eventual questions can, hopefully, be answered. You will also get your own mouth piece for the alcolock.

A new e-mail window pops up, click on the "To..." button to access the Address book. Expand the window below "Adress book" and look for Alnarp--VF--Equipment. Choose it and double click on the "Al VF Fältbil" resource to add it as recipient.

You have to type in the project number in the Location field, this so we know which project to charge. The car can be booked on Mondays - Fridays between 08:00 and 18:00 and only one day at a time.

The vehicle is a double cabin pick-up that can take 1 driver + 5 passengers with a enclosed loading platform. The platform's dimensions are 1.9 x 2.2 m and recommended max load is ~800 kg. Vehicles weight is 2075 kg excluding driver, with lawful, total weight of 3000 kg = 925 kg cargo/load including driver and passengers.
The mediacenter has Bluetooth and USB-C connections, compatible with both Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Cables with micro-USB and USB-C connectors are in the glove compartment (none for iPhone atm).
