Botany

The course includes botanical nomenclature, morphology and plant knowledge by studying:



  • how plants look like and how this can vary between and within species



  • names of plants and the function of different names



  • how to identify different plants and groups.




The course includes lectures (both webbased and live), demonstrations (indoors and outdoors) and exercises. Selfstudies give time for reading literature and processing of the course contents.


Some of the scheduled exercises are mandatory, which will be marked in the course schedule.
