Independent project in Food Science

The degree project is carried out individually and consists of independent work which means that the student works with a problem related to food science. This is preferably done at a regulatory authority or at a food producer.

Seminars on working methods, as well as written and oral presentation are included.

The work is presented orally and in writing at a seminar for colleagues, supervisors and examiners. Each student must also act as an opponent in another student’s oral presentation.
